Odlu Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Odlu, you agree to these terms and the applicable policies. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

You must have the legal capacity required by Azerbaijani law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Provide accurate information, keep it current, protect authentication credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Roles and permissions must be assigned only to authorised people. We may require verification to protect users, sellers or the platform.

Odlu provides marketplace technology. Unless a listing expressly identifies Malakit Group as the seller, the seller is responsible for its products, descriptions, prices, availability, fulfilment, returns, warranties and consumer-law duties.

Buyers and sellers must communicate honestly and comply with applicable consumer, tax, licensing, product-safety and e-commerce rules.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Malakit Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, format, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure and promote the Odlu service and your listings.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and that content is accurate, lawful and does not violate privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.

You must not misuse Odlu or help another person do so.

• Do not offer unlawful, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing or deceptively described goods or services.
• Do not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or abuse rate and spending limits.
• Do not impersonate another person, manipulate reviews, commit fraud, harass users or collect personal data without a lawful basis.
• Do not upload secrets, credentials, unnecessary sensitive data or content that exploits or endangers children.

Displayed prices, fees, taxes, subscription periods, renewal terms and cancellation options shown at purchase form part of the transaction. Payment processing may be governed by a payment provider's additional terms.

Promotional credits or points have no cash value unless law or the specific offer states otherwise. We will not retroactively change a completed paid transaction except as permitted by law.

Product AI is optional. The manual listing workflow remains available. Before first use, you must accept the current Product AI Privacy Notice and explicitly consent to the described processing and cross-border transfer.

AI output is a draft and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You must review and correct every field before publishing. Do not use Product AI to identify a person or infer sensitive or private information.

We work to keep Odlu reliable and secure but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security events, provider failures or legal requirements may limit a feature.

We may change or discontinue a feature with proportionate notice where practical. Material changes to these terms receive a new effective date.

We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably needed to investigate fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, material breach or harm to users or the service. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a review channel.

You may stop using Odlu and request account closure. Legal, accounting, dispute and security records may remain for required retention periods.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by its breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Parties should first send a written complaint and attempt good-faith resolution. Unresolved disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Azerbaijan unless mandatory law requires another forum.
