Product AI Privacy Notice

Malakit Group, the operator of Odlu, is the controller for the Product AI processing described here. Product AI is not required to create or publish a product; the manual editor remains available.

Consent is requested separately from the general Terms and from any optional evaluation consent. The box is unselected until you actively choose it.

Consent covers receiving, validating, re-encoding, temporarily storing, transmitting, analysing and deleting between one and three selected product photos, and generating category suggestions, attributes, title, description and tags. It also covers the user and request identifiers needed for security, consent evidence, quotas and audit.

Before transfer, Odlu removes common embedded metadata by decoding and re-encoding each image. This does not guarantee that visible personal information is absent.

Upload only clear photos of the product.

• No people, faces, hands or other body parts.
• No identity, travel, medical, education, employment or financial documents.
• No names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, account or payment details, credentials or QR codes containing personal data.
• No vehicle registration plates or other information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to a person.

The AI provider returns limited safety indicators. If any selected image appears to include a person, body part or identifying text, Odlu automatically rejects the draft, does not save the AI observations, deletes its private draft photos and does not consume the user's Odlu AI allowance.

The provider may still have received the selected images for this safety assessment. OpenAI also scans image and file inputs for child sexual abuse material; content flagged for that purpose may be retained as required for safety or legal compliance.

Odlu sends the selected photos and relevant draft context to OpenAI, L.L.C. as a processor using the OpenAI API and the configured production model. OpenAI may use approved infrastructure and safety subprocessors in multiple countries outside Azerbaijan.

Because equivalent protection cannot be guaranteed in every destination, Odlu relies on your explicit consent for this cross-border transfer under Azerbaijani personal-data law. OpenAI is contractually required to process content for the service, security and legal purposes described in its business terms and data-processing addendum.

Odlu requests no stored response state from the OpenAI Responses API. Under OpenAI's standard API abuse-monitoring controls, prompts and responses may nevertheless be retained for up to 30 days unless OpenAI has approved stricter Modified Abuse Monitoring or Zero Data Retention controls for the project.

OpenAI states that API content is not used to train its models unless the customer explicitly opts in. Malakit Group does not opt Product AI production content into OpenAI model training at launch.

An unfinished private AI draft expires after no more than 2 hours of inactivity. On cancellation, failure, expiry or consent withdrawal, Odlu redacts AI observations and generated state, releases any uncommitted Odlu allowance, detaches all draft photos and deletes each one when it has no other lawful reference.

When you create a product, the selected photos you keep become part of that listing and remain until you remove each photo or the listing under normal marketplace retention. AI observations and temporary workflow state are redacted after completion. Consent and withdrawal evidence is retained as a compliance record.

Consent applies only to the displayed notice version and remains active until you withdraw it or the notice changes. A new version requires a new active choice.

Use “Withdraw Product AI consent” on the Product AI screen at any time. Withdrawal blocks future provider calls, cancels unfinished drafts requested by you, deletes their private media, and withdraws and purges optional evaluation copies. It does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal or delete photos already saved to a product listing.

Product AI can operate without evaluation collection. If Odlu enables evaluation, a separate unchecked option may ask to retain all selected photos, AI observations and your corrections for a stated period of no more than 90 days to measure quality.

This separate consent can be withdrawn. At launch, evaluation collection is disabled. Enabling it does not authorise model training or a new purpose without a further notice and lawful basis.

AI output is a suggestion, not a decision about a person and not a guarantee of accuracy. Review and correct every generated field before publishing. Odlu does not ask Product AI to identify people or infer sensitive information.
