The data subject is the person identified by the registration details and, for external sign-in, by the verified identifier supplied by the selected identity provider.

By selecting the consent box and submitting registration, you make an informed affirmative choice. Odlu records the document versions, time, registration method and interface language as evidence of that choice.

Malakit Group, the operator of Odlu, determines the purposes and means of the processing covered by this consent. Service providers may process data only on documented instructions and with appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

This consent covers the data you provide, data returned by an identity provider you choose, and proportionate technical records generated while operating and protecting the account.

• Account and identity data: name, email address, provider identifier, confirmation status, language, role and registration method.
• Authentication and security data: password hash where applicable, session and verification records, timestamps, IP address, browser or device information, fraud signals and security audit events.
• Profile and marketplace data you later choose to provide, including contact details, addresses, seller information, listings, media, orders, reviews and support messages.
• Consent evidence: accepted document versions, time, method and interface language.

The data may be received, recorded, organised, verified, updated, retrieved, used, combined where necessary, transmitted to authorised recipients, stored, restricted, anonymised, archived where legally required and deleted.

These operations are performed to register and administer the account, authenticate you, provide marketplace functions, communicate about the service, prevent abuse and fraud, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect users and Odlu.

Data may be disclosed only as needed to Odlu companies and authorised staff, infrastructure, authentication, communication, payment, security and support providers, marketplace participants involved in your transaction, and competent authorities where law requires it.

Cross-border transfers use the safeguards and limitations described in the Privacy Policy. Optional Product AI processing is governed by its separate notice and separate consent.

This consent remains effective while your account exists and the stated processing purposes continue, unless you withdraw it earlier or a new version requires renewed consent.

You may withdraw consent by contacting the privacy address below. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed lawfully. If withdrawn consent is necessary to maintain an account or provide a requested service, Odlu will explain the consequence and may need to restrict or close the account, subject to legal retention duties.

When a purpose ends, the account is closed, or consent is withdrawn, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised without undue delay unless a legal, accounting, security or dispute-related duty requires limited retention or archiving.

Limited consent evidence may be retained for the period needed to demonstrate compliance. After the subject's death, data is deleted or archived under applicable law and valid instructions from an authorised representative.

You may request information, access, correction, restriction, deletion or destruction, object where applicable, withdraw consent, and complain or seek a remedy under Azerbaijani law. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.
